When I first noticed one of these ‘spray cans’ sitting on top of a street light, I thought it was a lot of work for a graffiti art to go to – shimmy up the stem of the lamp, after spraying elsewhere in order to make a statement by leaving the can at the top of the light. I carried this thought around for quite sometime, and then one day, I started to notice more. Well, who knew; they are part of the lighting system.
