This pigeon, until someone catches him and tosses him back on the street, is walking the great expanses of Penn Station. He swaggers amongst the passengers who are seated in the waiting area. He doesn’t fly away or beg, he just makes his presence felt. And he was at work early, this was 6 am.

This food truck is all about artisan ice cream and they do a land office business. The flavors are unique: tea, basil and others of that genre and the price reflects the uniqueness. What I love is the color of the truck: french vanilla.
