This scrimshaw-like decoration on the walls of the waiting room were huge and impressive. The clock was useful, as I arrived at the station, bought a cup of tea and sat down to wait for a 7:15 am train departure. At least it was until I looked a second time and realized that the clock was stopped. It was 6:50 when I looked the second time.
Beginning to Think …
… it’s my name. Every clerk in every store, ends their conversation with me, with these words: ‘no worries’. It is stated so frequently that I wonder what phase preceded it.

Sheep
Don’t believe I can explain my fascination with sheep. All of a sudden, I have found a place I could live the rest of my life. After arriving, spent time between visits, reading as much about the Country as possible. One fascination: some random Englishman said ‘ if we can get over the mountains I believe we can graze sheep on the other side and make that the product that keep Australia alive”. [or some variation of such words] And so I took a train trip 7 hours out of the Sity into the unknown and what did I discover, but a gorgeous land of rolling hills and blue sky and sheep; thousands of sheep. There is one small town in particular, that I would settle in, in a heart beat. The pastoral feeling is overwhelming.
